Early-access terms
These terms cover the Axtary website and hosted early-access services. Published npm packages remain governed by the license included with each package.
Early-access service
Axtary is still under active development. Access may be invite-only, features may change, and the service may be interrupted or withdrawn. Do not rely on Axtary as your only access control, backup, audit archive, or incident-response mechanism.
Your responsibilities
Use Axtary only with systems, accounts, and data you are authorized to access. Protect account credentials, signing keys, provider tokens, approval links, and sync tokens. Do not probe other tenants, disrupt the service, evade safeguards, upload unlawful content, or place secrets in waitlist or feedback forms.
Your data and integrations
You retain responsibility for the data and instructions you provide and for deciding which integrations to enable. You grant Axtary permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Third-party providers remain governed by their own terms, permissions, and availability.
No security guarantee
Axtary is designed to bind authority to exact actions, fail closed on covered paths, and produce attributable evidence. It does not prevent prompt injection, eliminate every agent or integration risk, or guarantee that every client exposes an enforceable hook. Documented coverage limits and proof labels are part of the service description.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the early-access service is provided as-is and without warranties. Axtary is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost- profit damages arising from early-access use. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only as far as the law permits.
